Inwill Integrations ("we," "us," "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, how we use and protect it, and your rights under Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to the practices described here.
1. Information We Collect
We may collect:
- Contact information: name, address, phone number, email address
- Property information: service address, details about your walls, garage door, network, or existing equipment relevant to a job
- Payment information: processed through Jobber Payments; we do not store full credit card numbers ourselves
- Communications: messages, call recordings (via Ooma), texts, or emails you send us
- Website usage information: pages visited, general location, device/browser type, collected via standard website analytics and advertising tools (e.g., Google Ads, Google Business Profile)
- Photographs of completed work, where you have not opted out (see our Terms and Conditions, Section 9)
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Provide quotes, schedule and perform services, and process payment
- Communicate with you about bookings, appointments, and follow-ups
- Maintain accurate service and warranty records
- Improve our services and respond to inquiries
- Market our services where permitted by law; you may opt out of marketing communications at any time
- Comply with legal and tax obligations
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
3. How We Share Your Information
We share information only as needed to operate our business:
- Jobber (field service management, invoicing, and payment processing)
- Wix (website hosting)
- Ooma Office (business phone service)
- Payment processors integrated with Jobber Payments
- Google (advertising and Business Profile services)
- Manufacturers (e.g., UniFi, Verkada), only where necessary for warranty registration or support on equipment we install for you
These providers are only permitted to use your information to deliver services on our behalf, not for their own independent purposes.
International Storage: Some of our service providers (e.g., Wix, Google) may store or process your information on servers located outside Canada, including in the United States. Your information may be subject to the laws of those jurisdictions, including lawful access by foreign authorities.
4. Security Camera & Networking Installations
We install security camera systems (e.g., Verkada) and networking equipment (e.g., UniFi) that you own and control after installation. Once installed, the recording, storage, and use of footage or network data from your system is your responsibility, not ours — see our Terms and Conditions, Section 7 (Privacy & Surveillance). We do not access, monitor, or store footage or data from systems we've installed unless you separately engage us for ongoing managed services, in which case a specific agreement will apply.
5. Cookies & Website Analytics
Our website may use cookies and similar technologies for analytics and advertising (e.g., Google Ads conversion tracking). You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect some website functionality.
6. Data Retention
We retain personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described above, including meeting legal, accounting, or warranty-related recordkeeping requirements, after which it is securely deleted or anonymized.
7. Data Breach Notification
If a breach of security safeguards occurs involving your personal information that creates a real risk of significant harm, we will notify you and the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada as required by law, and take reasonable steps to reduce the risk of harm. We maintain records of all security breaches for at least 24 months, regardless of severity, as required under PIPEDA.
8. Your Rights
Under PIPEDA, you have the right to:
- Know what personal information we hold about you and how it is used
- Request access to your personal information
- Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information
- Withdraw consent to certain uses of your information (subject to legal or contractual restrictions)
- File a complaint about how we handle your information

9. Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against loss, theft, and unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Children's Privacy
Our services are directed at adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The version posted on our website at the time you engage our services governs that engagement.
